Title: Senior Marketing Specialist

Job Summary: An integral role on the marketing team, this role will ensure all printed & digital communication (internal + external) follows set brand graphic standards.

Roles & Responsibility:

Manage print vendors: obtain quotes/review proofs/press checks.
Manage website vendors: obtain quotes & work on new website.
Update new website as needed: new product launches, catalogs, brochures, care & maintenance, general edits & updates, etc.
Assist with new development color target, sample requests, presentations.
Create standard brand standards and work with HQ Korea have approved by HQ Korea.
Create and update marketing collateral: brand catalogs, brochures, d-set inserts, promotional items, etc.
Support sales team & distributors by creating promotional flyers that reflect brand standards.
Manage all digital files.
Fulfill requests from sales team and distributors for product images.
Create templates for social media platforms.
Trade Show graphics.
Other duties as assigned.

Skills:

MS Office – Especially strong experience in Microsoft Excel
Presentation development
Ability to excel in a team environment (sales team, marketing team, etc.) but must be able to work with little supervision
Experience with sample and dealer display programs
Experience in the surfacing industry
Experience with Salesforce
Excellent written and verbal communication

Education and Work Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications or related field
Three to Five years of relevant experiences
Other relevant experience will be considered

Travel and Work Requirements

Periodic for trade shows and customers events; approx. 10-15%
