As our Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of our mission, driving growth, and nurturing relationships that lead to tangible results.

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivating new business across our diverse service lines, encompassing Accounting, Finance, Audit, Risk, and Technology.
Staying ahead of the curve by researching trends within prospective clients and industries.
Identifying the key decision-makers within your roster of companies.
Leveraging your exceptional outreach skills through phone, email, and social platforms to secure in-person meetings.
Meeting with potential C-Suite clients and assessing needs.
Helping to prepare client proposals.
Consistently achieving weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales activity, opportunities, and revenue targets.
Meticulously planning, executing, and documenting all activities within our corporate CRM system.
Maintaining and helping to expand existing accounts.

Basic Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
A minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in professional services.
Understanding of sales performance metrics.
Experience in various sales methodologies such as cold calling, e-mail networking, etc.
Experience with CRM software (example: HubSpot).
A coachable mindset and an insatiable hunger for learning.
A proven track record of consistently surpassing sales goals.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Professional attitude and presentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Completion of professional sales training, proving your commitment to excellence.
Knowledge of accounting or corporate finance.
Consultative sales experience with ability to speak to C-Suite or Director level clients.
The ability to build trust and relationships at all organizational levels.
Impeccable organization and a pragmatic mindset, thriving in a results-oriented environment.
