· On-Site Position in Eagan, MN

· Provide all aspects of legal and administrative support

· Greet clients

· Perform basic administrative tasks as needed, such as scanning, mailing and filing

· Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays – approximately 20 hours/week

· Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

· PTO and Other

Responsibilities

Take care of administrative tasks and office correspondence by answering phone calls and greeting clients
Send correspondence/packets to new clients
Maintain client database (Abacus)
Opening and Closing files
Assemble Estate Planning Portfolios for signing and witness signings
Keep an inventory of and order office supplies, etc.
Maintain office equipment such as postage meter; photocopy machine and fax machine
Undertake other duties as needed to ensure the firm operates efficiently
Entering data into spreadsheets, documents and forms

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail
Candidates should be able to type at least 60 words per minute
Ability to operate standard office equipment including scanner, copier, printer, multi-line telephone;
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Word
Reliable, trustworthy and able to meet strict client confidentiality
Some college is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is required
Experience with Abacus and Timeslips preferred
