Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support one of our senior partners. In this vital role, you will manage daily administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and excellent client service. Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management: Organize and maintain the partner’s schedule, coordinate appointments, and arrange meetings.
Client Communications: Handle phone calls and emails with professionalism, ensuring a positive client experience.
Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Office Organization: Maintain office supplies and manage inventory, placing orders as needed.
File Management: Organize and maintain both digital and physical records with attention to detail.
Project Support: Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in an accounting or professional services environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, OneNote, and Outlook).
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Professional discretion with sensitive and confidential information.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles (preferred but not required).
