Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Specialist to bridge the gap between marketing and sales, optimizing lead generation, appointment setting, and sales processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sales enablement tools, a strong understanding of CRM management, and experience in security guard services and security technology services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Appointment Setting:
- Conduct LinkedIn searches, cold outreach, and email campaigns to identify, qualify, and nurture leads.
- Set high-quality sales appointments for representatives in the Security Services sector.
- Engage with prospects over the phone to understand their needs and schedule relevant meetings.
Sales Enablement Tools Expertise:
- Utilize HubSpot Sales Hub Enterprise for CRM management, workflow automation, and reporting.
- Leverage ZoomInfo for prospect research and contact data enrichment.
- Create and manage email sequences using HubSpot to maintain consistent prospect engagement.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns for effective lead generation.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Provide regular updates and insights to optimize strategies and outcomes.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Track and report on lead generation metrics, appointment-setting effectiveness, and sales pipeline health.
- Identify trends and opportunities for process improvements through data analysis.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
- Proven success in sales enablement, lead generation, or appointment setting roles.
- Expertise in HubSpot Sales Hub Enterprise, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Familiarity with Constant Contact or similar email marketing platforms.
Communication Skills:
- Comfortable and effective at engaging prospects over the phone.
- Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration between marketing and sales teams.
Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
