- $500 Sign-On Bonus for employees new to the enterprise.

- Uncapped commission structure & end of year bonus
- Paid training & guaranteed commissions during training
- Agents working past 6pm, local time, are eligible for a shift premium
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) candidates are eligible for a bilingual premium
- Average earnings are an estimation of base salary + commission of successfully performing agents and is not guaranteed.
We offer an hourly base of $15/hour plus commissions.
What You'll Do
You will quote and sell insurance policy premiums to incoming sales prospects while providing excellent customer service to our customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Quote and sell insurance products to new and current customer
- Advise prospects on appropriate insurance coverage and options relative to prospect circumstances and meeting the needs of the customer
- Run reports from multiple systems to verify accuracy of information provided by potential insured regarding insurance and driving history
- Explain coverage and payment options to the customer
- Responsible for outbound follow up on unsold internet leads which may have a likelihood of purchasing
- Service existing customer policies including policy changes when customer service is not available
- Follow up on underwriting department requests to ensure policy underwriting adherence and improve retention
- Attend sales meetings, seminars or educational activities to stay current with market trends, regulations and maintain state licensing
Who You Are
You are P&C Licensed and a team player who excels at providing excellent customer service and can work with speed and accuracy.
Education and Experience
- 6 months retail sales and/or customer service experience
- Active Property and Casualty License Required
In this primarily home-based role, you will spend 80% of your time (4+ days per week) working from home. On occasion you may be asked to travel to an office location for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, trainings, and culture events. If you do not reside near one of the offices, you will be asked to relocate (at your expense) prior to your start date if offered the position.
