DESCRIPTIONSalary: $75,000 + Bonus opportunity
We are seeking a Broadcast/Digital Account Specialist with experience in customer success management and working with external partners to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding internal franchisees for their traditional and digital marketing campaigns, generating monthly reporting, and acting as their primary point of contact. This person will work closely with the broadcast and digital marketing teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and drive results.
Responsibilities:
- Work with franchisees to understand their marketing goals and objectives and develop customized marketing plans to achieve them.
- Develop and manage the onboarding process for new franchisees, ensuring they receive the training and support needed to execute their marketing plans successfully.
- Provide ongoing customer support to franchisees, acting as the primary point of contact for questions and concerns.
- Generate monthly reports that highlight campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Work closely with the broadcast and digital marketing teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with franchisees' goals and objectives.
- Continuously monitor industry developments and emerging trends to ensure campaigns are innovative and cutting-edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid marketing for both traditional mediums (television, radio) and digital mediums (PPC, Google Ads, paid social), focusing on customer success management and working with franchise organizations and franchisees.
- Candidates with agency experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Experience with franchise organizations and understanding of the unique needs of franchisees preferred.
