Position Summary:
As market insight manager, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, product characteristics, and competitive landscape in the U.S. market, providing actionable insights to drive business strategy and decision-making. Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and senior management to inform and guide business plans. Utilize data and market development trends and forward-looking perspectives to develop meaningful insights and strategic recommendations, thereby bringing a competitive advantage to the company. This manager will be key in executing CCELL's market strategy and plans.
Successful candidates will be able to thrive in a dynamic environment and have a proven ability to identify opportunities to drive business and communicate insights to influence business decision-making.
Position Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and leverage consumer market research and competitive analysis, as well as industry benchmarking inside and outside of the CCELL footprint.
- Analyze and extract actionable insights from research studies to inform business strategy and financial assumptions.
- Transform market insights into customer and portfolio strategies and develop business programs with the global team.
- Partner with internal teams and external authorities to identify opportunities for leveraging research findings and facilitating their execution through Proof of Concepts to enhance business processes, products, and services.
- Lead the development of consumer messaging rooted in research to launch new value props or evolve current solutions through cross-functional partnerships
- Be the point of contact for the Go-to-Market process including all internal channel communications and training requirements.
- Craft and deliver executive-level presentations to visualize and socialize information with clarity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to drive innovation.
You’ll need to have:
- A Bachelor 's Degree required; major in Business preferred
- MBA or another advanced degree preferred
- Six or more years of working experience in Marketing, Strategic Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience defining and analyzing qualitative and quantitative consumer research.
- Strategic thinking and team play, strong communication and influencing skills.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- Experience developing strategic creative marketing briefs, ideally in a marketing agency or similar environment.
- Familiarity with frontline training and sales channel communications.
- Superior verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
