BIP US is seeking to grow its US consulting team and is looking for a Senior Product Manager with at least 10 years of experience to join our team in the Oil & Gas sector. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, launch, and lifecycle management of products within our portfolio. This role requires strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills.
You must have valid US work authorization and must physically reside in the Houston, Texas metropolitan area, within a 50-mile commute. We are unable to support relocation costs.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmapping:
- Develop & implement product strategies consistent with the company vision.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with client goals and market needs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation.
- Lead a team that transforms vision into strategic product roadmaps with an agile delivery approach in collaboration with tech partners while managing cyber, operational and/or regulatory risks.
Product Development:
- Collaborate with engineering team, R&D, and operations teams to help enhance existing products.
- Define product requirements and specifications, ensuring clarity and alignment with stakeholders.
- Manage the product development lifecycle, from concept thru launch and post-launch evaluation.
Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal / external stakeholders.
- Gather and prioritize product customer requirements, working as the main point-of-contact for product related queries.
Regulatory and Compliance:
- Ensure all products meet industry regulations and standards.
- Work with legal and compliance teams to manage risk and ensure product safety and efficacy.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of product management experience, oil & gas industry is preferred.
- Proven track record of managing product lifecycles from concept to launch.
- Highly skilled in business awareness and able to coach and guide business modeling, critical thinking, analytical models to forecast and track performance, and directional road mapping.
- Strong experience in data modeling and data analytics.
- Must have a good understanding of software-as-a-service, web services and application design.
- Excellent project management experience and organizational skills.
- Can communicate effectively with tech and non-tech teammates.
- Ability to create alignment across multiple teams, using excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with an ability to justify product decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
**The base salary range for this role is $130,000-$150,000**
