Salary Range: $200,000 - $350,000

Located in the vibrant San Francisco Bay Area, this full-time position offers hybrid work flexibility after an initial on-site integration period.
Expectations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Estate Manager within a family office setting
- Executive or corporate experience is a bonus
- Strong understanding of household operations, including scheduling maintenance, coordinating with vendors, and managing staff
- Adaptable and flexible to manage evolving responsibilities and changing schedules.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using various household management tools.
- Discreet and trustworthy with a commitment to confidentiality.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) for clear and professional interaction.
- Proactive and resourceful with the ability to anticipate and fulfill needs.

Responsibilities
- Estate Management: Oversee day-to-day Estate operations, including maintaining inventory of essential supplies, coordinating post-construction home setup, managing relocations and packing/unpacking for trips, scheduling maintenance services and contractors, and keeping track of household maintenance schedules.
- Problem Solving: There will be ongoing short to long-term special projects that will need strategic thinking and highly operation execution.
- Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage appointments, travel arrangements with detailed itineraries, maintenance and contractor visits, and personal and work calendars for the family members.
- Personal Errands: Manage pet care (e.g., veterinary appointments, dog walking), dry cleaning pick-up/drop-off, storage facility errands, occasional transportation for the family, and running various errands as instructed.
- Administrative Support: Create spreadsheets, conduct research, prepare reports, and track data as requested by the family. Organize and present an agenda for weekly meetings.
- Travel and Hospitality: Travel ahead of the family on occasion to prepare their homes for arrival. Make restaurant reservations and assist with planning and execution of special events.
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of the principal
- Communication: Assist and communicate with the principal in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
