Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect with expertise in government platform integrations, particularly with OpenGov and Accela platforms. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement integration solutions that streamline and enhance our public sector applications. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between systems.
What you'll do
- Design and architect integration solutions for government platforms, focusing on OpenGov and Accela.
- Develop and maintain integration frameworks and middleware to connect various applications and services.
- Support estimation of integration workstreams to support cross-functional/complex project planning efforts.
- Develop backend services and APIs to support business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
- Document integration processes, architectures, and workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in integration technologies and government platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to integration developers.
Required skills:
- MuleSoft: Extensive experience in MuleSoft integration platform for connecting applications, data, and devices with APIs, including platform setup, licensing, hosting, and CloudHub 2.0.
- Informatica: Expertise in Informatica for data integration, ETL processes, data quality, and master data management.
- Snowflake: Familiarity with Snowflake cloud-based data warehousing solutions.
- Salesforce: Familiarity with Salesforce platform APIs and integration capabilities (e.g., Platform Events, REST/SOAP APIs, Bulk API).
- AWS Cloud Products: Familiarity with AWS cloud computing services, including storage, databases, analytics, and infrastructure support.
- Proven experience as an Integration Architect, specifically with OpenGov and Accela platforms.
- Strong understanding of integration principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with estimating integration workstreams for complex projects.
- Experience with APIs, web services (REST, SOAP), event-driven architecture, ESB, and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience securing systems to one or more compliance standards (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53).
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash or PowerShell).
- Certifications in MuleSoft and Informatica technologies are a plus.
- Knowledge of government processes and regulations is a plus.

- This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from home and from our office located in North Andover, MA. The specific days in the office will be determined based on team needs and individual preferences. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
