Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python Developer to join our team with our insurance and banking client. As a Python Developer, you will play a crucial role in building and automating utilities and pipelines for machine learning models. You will be responsible for developing solutions from inception to deployment, ensuring high-quality code and seamless integration with our systems.
Overall, the daily routine of this Python developer is going to be a mix of coding, collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous learning, all aimed at creating high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of users and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and maintainable code for machine learning utilities and pipelines.
· Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.
· Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
· Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, scalability, and reliability of the software.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our development processes.
Qualifications:
· Strong proficiency in Python programming language, with a focus on structured development practices.

· Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
· Proven track record of developing end-to-end solutions, from development to deployment.
· Experience working with Git/Gitlab for version control and collaborative development.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Additional Skills:
· Machine learning concepts and frameworks.
· Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
· Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
