Position Title: Sr. Data Product Manager
Location: Hybrid role, in Phoenix, AZ, San Francisco, CA, OR New York, NY
Term: Full-time/Direct Hire

Responsibilities:
- Diligently participate in compliance program-related activities as denoted by the supervisor or our Chief Compliance Officer
- Oversees related activities outsourced to service providers other external data sources
- Able to cultivate effective and productive working relationships with colleagues, vendors and management
- Review and update documents
- Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of syndicated and non-syndicated data from receipt to distribution of end product.
- Manage all business rules and gain consensus for update/changes in central business rule environment
- Establishes metrics to measure the total quality of all data process (Data Governance Standards)
- Apply relevant analytical techniques to datasets to produce summary statistics and actionable insights
- Manage and develop policies related to Data Processing, including assessing and monitoring the processing of end-to-end activities of Data Processing environment
- Manage projects through well throughout planning, resource allocation, tracking, communication, and issue resolution
Qualifications:
- 7+ years' experience or related experience in product management, data management, or consulting with a proven record of high performance, preferably with experience building data and analytics products
- 4+ years' experience with direct hands-on responsibility working with data or data teams (data engineers, data scientists, software developers, data analysts, etc.), business stakeholders and end-users
- 5+ years' experience with Relational Database Systems, or with SQL
- Working knowledge of infrastructure analytics and predictive modelling
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience developing algorithms and predictive models to solve business problem (segmentation, user engagement, web analytics, campaign attribution, funnel, and ROI), ideally within B2B environments
- Expert knowledge in statistical analysis software such as R and SPSS, working knowledge of a scripting language such as Python/Perl/Ruby a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a related scientific field
