What you'll do
As a Senior Marketing Projects Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within our product management function. You will be responsible for overseeing key tasks that impact our sales performance and customer satisfaction. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Oversees organizational functional processes, ensuring that they are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with established processes
- Develops and implements procedural changes to assist in meeting the team’s critical goals and objectives in the most efficient manner possible
- Oversees daily and weekly reporting and ensure tasks are actioned accordingly
- Ensure product bundles are established and priced competitively
- Prepares team reporting to highlight issues for team
- Tracks and provides insight on A/B testing results
- Reports on established project timelines and escalates issues to management
- Supports team by ensuring accurate monitoring of competitive landscape and competitor deal statuses
- Supports ad hoc tasks and projects as needed
- Manages and mentors team of global associated
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central
- Excellent Organizational Skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines proactively
- Hyper attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate work
- Self-starter, doesn't wait for direction on how to provide more value to the business
- Ownership mindset – deep sense of commitment and passion over their work and products that transcends job duties.
- Extreme nimbleness – ability to pivot strategy based on ever-changing ecosystem
- Experience managing direct reports, preferably remote and/or global employees
- Experience with Monday.com a plus
- 5+ years experience in an operations role
