Experienced Clinical Research Coordinator (Dermatology/Skin Research)
Must have previous site-level research experience. Ideally in Dermatology, Skin, Beauty, Cosmetics, Dietary Supplements, or Personal Care products.
Job Description:
- Understand study protocols and prepare study documents
- Provide administrative assistance to the research team
- Assist coordinators with participant check-in and updating Clinical Conductor
- Ensure site cleanliness and organization, assist participants on site
- Handle product accountability (dispensing and return)
- Confirm participant appointments and schedules
- Dispense participant compensation
- Data entry into EDC system
- Answer sponsor queries
- Recruit study subjects
- Learn to use and maintain advanced skin research instruments
- Assist Pharmaceutical Study team as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising Clinical Research Coordinator or management
Qualifications:
- Phlebotomy license
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of site-level research experience required
Job Type: Full-time/Contract
Compensation: $70,000-80,000
Location: San Francisco, CA 94127 (reliable commute or planning to relocate required)
