Our new team member will travel to customer sites around the Las Vegas area and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and printer hardware to determine the root cause of issues. They will then communicate any parts needed for ordering and perform repairs once all items are received. DESKTOP SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
QUALIFICATIONS
Must pass criminal background check, No exceptions
3-5 years’ experience operating in a service desk or desktop support capacity. A+ certification required
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Basic networking understanding
- Experience installing, configuring, testing new systems
- Ability to learn new skills quickly with minimal supervision.
- Ability to communicate with office staff and fellow technicians
- Ability to work with all levels of personnel and convey professionalism.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Must have reliable transportation. This is a field technician position.
- Mileage is reimbursed.
- Experience with a ticketing system
- Experience with printers is a PLUS
COMPENSATION
- Salary: Hourly based on experience.
