Entrepreneur with over $10MM in assets looking for Executive Assistant with strong accounting and business background.
As an entrepreneur with several businesses, investment accounts, other assets, and hobbies, I am all over the place. Needless to say I’m looking for someone to keep me organized in many ways. This role is very unique in the sense that it requires someone to manage assets organizationally and financially. This person should have a strong background in accounting or bookkeeping (specifically with quickbooks online) and a decent business acumen. The primary responsibility of this individual amongst many other things will be to manage the accounting books of various business assets, but also to help strategize and grow the portfolio as if it were your own. This position requires someone to wear multiple hats (office admin, secretary, bookkeeper, asset manager, financial liaison, legal liaison, treasurer, business manager, etc.)
The skills required for this position include but are not limited to:
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Able to use technology to streamline processes and create efficiencies
- Bookkeeping and Accounting
- Experience with Quickbooks online
- Interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with project management software
- Ability to negotiate contracts

- Real Estate experience (lease negotiation, etc.)
The day to day responsibilities pertaining to the below asset classes being managed include but are not limited to:
Businesses (Approximately 30 hours/week):

- Bookkeeping
- Accounts Receivable/ Accounts Payable
- FP&A, Budgeting, and Reporting to the CEO’s of each company
- Auditing and Invoice Procurement
- Payroll & Benefits management
- Sales Tax management
- Office Admin
- Treasury function, BillPay, Dividend Disbursement
- Working with CPA on tax related items
- Working with CFO to prepare and submit financials
- Physical mail management
Real Estate (Approximately 5 hours/week):

- Assist with new property acquisition

Position: Full Time
Salary: $95k + Potential Bonus + Potential Equity
