Required experience
- 10+ years of industry experience and / or 3+ years of experience reporting to a CEO.
- Strong AI/ML knowledge deploying real world systems -hardware, computer vision, on the edge (small compute), high reliability,
- Willingness & ability to be hands on when needed and code everyday .
- Extremely strong technical and personal leadership skills - ability to drive a small team, rebuild a broken codebase and communicate with the CEO on strategy.
- US Citizenship and eligibility for a Secret security clearance is required.
- Bonus points for defense experience.
- Bonus points for management / leadership of ML research team.
