The role of Senior Legal Counsel reports into the Deputy General Counsel and will be the sole lawyer in the GC office in the US. As such, you will work autonomously across all corporate law.
The role splits across corporate law, securities law compliance, and capital markets. You will interact with business unit lawyers, as well as your counterparts sitting in Europe. You will also have support from SMEs in a law firm.
The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in US law. You will have strong corporate law experience in an international company. You may be in an in-house function or private practice.
The office is Austin, Texas based.
