The Role: As the Director of NetSuite Implementation, you'll be the driving force behind large-scale NetSuite rollouts across multiple business units. You'll manage end-to-end implementation processes, working closely with C-suite execs and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of NetSuite ERP, a strategic mindset, and a knack for delivering transformative business solutions.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations across the business
- Building and mentoring a top-tier NetSuite project team
- Developing and executing project timelines, budgets, and risk assessments
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align NetSuite capabilities with broader business objectives
- Continuously improving processes post-implementation
What we're looking for:
- 10+ years of experience in ERP implementations, with a focus on NetSuite
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of aligning NetSuite with business goals in mid-to-large scale organizations
- Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with senior stakeholders
