Great opportunity for a Certified PMHNP just north of Austin, TX area to work in an outpatient setting. Both Child/Adolescent and Adult options available as well.
- Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Must have atleast 1+ yr exp as PMHNP in outpatient setting
- 45 min north of Austin, TX
- All outpatient clinic setting
- Adult and/or Child/Adolescent ages seen depending on preference
- Mon-Fri - 40 hours a week - 8a-5p except for Tues 10a-7p
- On call - rotations between BH providers 1-2 per year Mon-Fri 5p-7a and all day Sat and Sun with nurse triage before call goes to provider and a hotline rotated daily during business hours
- Scheduled 16-17 patients per day with f/u sessions being 25 min
- EMR used is Athena
- Underserved population - mainly depression, anxiety, ADHD, etc
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Telehealth may be an option as patient panel builds only
