Key Qualifications:

- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in data analysis programs and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques is preferred.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, including root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
