Seeking an experienced family law firm paralegal for a fast-paced firm.
*THIS IS AN IN-PERSON POSITION AND FAMILY LAW EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED*
Duties include:
-Drafting discovery
-Drafting pleadings, motions, and orders
-Responding to discovery
-Prepping clients for discovery, trial etc.
-Managing an active case-load of over 100 cases
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a paralegal in a family law firm setting. They will be able to jump in with minimal training and oversight and handle their own caseload.
