REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of information security, networking and/or systems engineer experience required.
- 5+ years or more of experience designing, building, implementing, integrating, and/or maintaining IAM and configuration management technologies in an enterprise level environment required.
- 5+ years at a Director level or above supervising staff required.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or related field required.
- Extensive knowledge of requirements, use cases, system design, implementation, evaluation, and their impact on network design and business operations strategies required.
- Proven experience in a strategic leadership role overseeing an IAM program in a large and complex enterprise environment which includes an emphasis on security required.
- Extensive experience with on-prem and cloud-based Microsoft IAM products and services including directory services, all facets of user and device authentication and authorization, privileged access management, mobile device management, certificate management, identity federation, group management, single sign-on, etc required.
- Knowledge of project planning and control required. 6. Knowledge of a highly regulated business environment required.
- Strong knowledge and/or project experience with user provisioning and self-service; account creation and management; entitlement review and certification; entitlement management; enterprise directory architecture and design; role-based access control; single sign-on; identity federation; privileged user access management; multifactor authentication required.
- Broad expertise in information services related to managing access for users required.
- Cloud knowledge and/or experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platforms IAM required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Sr. Director of Access & Identity Services, you will be responsible for identity and access management strategy, leading the implementation of key identity/access technologies, and ensuring that user access is effectively, securely, and efficiently delivered. The Sr. Director is responsible for requirements, strategy, policies, and procedure related to Identity and Access Management (IAM) governance. This position reports into Vice President, Enterprise Architecture and will interface with and support staff at all levels and in all areas throughout the enterprise. This person will also work frequently with external customers, vendors, and business partners on projects and various
