Swoon is actively seeking a GRC Manager to join the team!
What will your day-to-day look like?
- Provide strategic leadership to the staff by facilitating an enterprise-wide governance, risk, and compliance program and provides hands on leadership to the team
- Create the GRC strategy, communication the strategy, and drive accomplishments
- Lead the compliance and assurance functions within GRC to evaluate cybersecurity
- Prescribe security improvements for environments to resolve security issues
- Manage and develop GRC talent creating opportunities for growth
- Track metrics and oversee the preparation of reports
What’s required?
- 8+ years of experience within cybersecurity and GRC, with at least 3+ years of experience in leadership/supervisory capacity
- Understanding of security controls and alignment to all security regulations
- Work with both internal and external vendor teams
- Bachelors degree required; Certifications are a plus
