Raegan Ford Design is a rapidly growing, full-service national interior design firm dedicated to design excellence in high-end residential and sorority homes. We are looking for a customer-focused Interior Design Project Manager that will be responsible for managing our client projects to ensure each installation is executed smoothly and on time. You will work closely with the design team and the Purchasing Coordinator to execute each step of our implementation process, complete our installations according to schedule, and above all, create an incredible experience for our clients. The ability to multitask, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the entire portfolio of projects and understand all operational elements (systems, tools, process, purchasing, materials, logistics, installations, transportation, timelines) to ensure we are constantly on track, proactively addressing problems and delivering for our clients to meet our ambitious growth goals.
- Participate in developing and validating project scope and fee, budget and scope of services during the marketing and contract development process.
- Hold the design team (and client!) accountable to deadlines and project milestones.
- Work with the design team and purchasing coordinator to resolve client concerns and product issues.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience – serve as their go-to resource for questions, concerns, and coordinate the installation to ensure every detail is considered. Our projects can span 12-36 months, so we build deep and lasting relationships with our clients.
- Proactively communicate status updates with clients, management, the design team, and vendors.
- Generate project reporting for monthly profit projections and project reconciliation and recommendations for improving profitability
- Identify and work with Owner to implement improvements to the project implementation process to continually improve how we service our clients.
- Work with design team and clients to coordinate a smooth and on-time project installation.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining Monday.com, One Drive Files system and excel spreadsheets for ordering and invoicing/proposal.
- Send client welcome packets
- Lead Monday morning traffic meetings and installation meetings with team.
- Set up and manage project calendar
QUALIFICATIONS
-5+ years of experience managing complex projects in a customer-facing role.
-Experienced at holding teams accountable for delivering against project goals
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work well with all types of people.
-Hyper-organized; you never let things fall through the cracks.
-Works well under pressure; able to multitask, prioritize, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced. environment. This position will typically manage a portfolio of 20-25 projects at a time.
-Proficient in Excel, One Drive, and Monday.com.
-Willing to travel up to 6 weeks per year for local and national installations.

-Experience in AutoCAD a plus, but not required.
