Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at i2k Digital Solutions. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving. Daily tasks may include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and recommending products or services to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience expertise
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize customer needs
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
- Knowledge of the large format printing industry or related field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree is a bonus
- Adobe Suite knowledge
