Our PE partner recently acquire a leading automation integrated in the US, with that we would like to bring on a Director of Sales. This role will lead all sales cradle to grave and report directly to the CEO. Leading sales strategies & go to market strategies will be big in this role. High visibility with a handful of bolt-ons in the funnel. Automation Services, Integration Services, Engineering Services sales experience a must.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Prepare operational and financial sales department reports
- Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team
- Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years' of sales leadership experience
- 5+ years' of experience in sales
- Strong leadership skills
