We seek a motivated and experienced HVAC TI Sales/Estimating/Project Manager to join our San Diego, CA team. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the estimation process for HVAC tenant improvement projects, typically $100,000 to $1.5 million. Provide accurate project scopes, cost estimates, and timelines.
- Oversee and manage HVAC projects in sectors like hospitals, schools, high-rises, airports, and hotels. Ensure projects are timely, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of all project phases.
- Utilize Bluebeam and Microsoft Project to manage project details, from estimating to scheduling, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Prior hands-on field experience in HVAC service or construction or a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience managing smaller-scale commercial HVAC projects under $1.5 million, with an average project size between $100,000 and $500,000.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Project is essential. Familiarity with commercial project work in healthcare, education, hospitality, and large-scale public infrastructure (hospitals, schools, airports, high-rises, etc.).
- Candidates with experience working for large commercial mechanical contractors will be strongly considered.
- Local candidates with a stable work history in the San Diego area are preferred.
