Inside Sales Representative

Key job responsibilities:
- Cold Calling (Tele-sales): able to “think on feet,” create rapport, and build trust.
- Proficient in online sales tools (CRM, Business Intelligence) and can toggle across toolsets to carry out a customer conversation.
- Pipeline Management Experience is a plus
- Insight selling - use available market data to tailor customer conversations and increase low-funnel conversion.
Benefits:
$42,000 base salary, $60,000 OTE, Healthcare, Dental, Vision, Paid vacation
About the team:
Brent Fosnaught heads Carwiser’s revenue and sales operations and is the hiring manager. The team is smart, scrappy, and fun. Carwiser is growing the inbound sales team, supporting customers eager to talk about Carwiser.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Aptitude for working with tools such as Google Workshop, Customer Relationship System, and Business Intelligence tools (Looker, Popsql).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Location:
- Preferred - In-office, San Diego (Mission Valley). Also, open to remote for strong candidates.
