Employee Benefits Account Manager - Insurance - California Remote

In this role, you will be in charge of the day-to-day management, processing, and customer service of an assigned book of business. What we need from you:
- Experience - You have 2+ years of Employee Benefits Account Manager experience
- Licensed - You have your active Life & Health license
- Software - You are proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, carrier websites, and other software systems as needed for the position
- Comprehensive knowledge - You have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills along with organizational skills.
- Book of Business - You have experience with small and large groups
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for servicing accounts of mostly small to large groups
- Build and maintain client relationships by creating a positive environment and providing a high level of trust and professionalism
- Assist heavily with open enrollments
- Processing endorsements, proposals, renewals, etc.
- Requests for information and documentation
