We are seeking a talented Account Manager to join our dynamic in-house agency team in partnership with our Burt’s Bees Brand teams in Durham, North Carolina
Position Summary
In the account manager role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless publication and management of digital content across our social and email platforms.
In this role you will:
- Successfully manage multiple social and digital content projects across our Burt’s Bees brand.
- Maintain day-to-day communications with key partners, including brand engagement members, integrated agency partners, and vendors.
- Develop briefs and ensuring all approvals and insights are gathered.
- Understand and integrate social and digital strategies with traditional marketing channels.
- Manage the day-to-day posting of social media content and plan out the social media calendar, setting
cadence of posts and balancing variety of content themes to align with brand content strategy.
- Monitor social media community management to ensure teams are engaging and responding frequently and accurately on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Build social media ads for key platforms and manage paid content tracking document, partnering with internal and external stakeholders for inputs.
- Evaluate organic social media analytics and reports to provide learnings from past content and optimize future content.
- Understand and communicate the implications of project changes to budget and delivery timelines.
- Proactively ask questions and problem-solve with Creative, Project Management, and Digital Experience departments.
- Demonstrate an ability to anticipate needs and prioritize projects and actions in real-time.
- Stay current on all timelines, briefings, launch dates, and meeting times.
Years and Type of Experience:
- 3+ years of account or brand management skills with attention to detail
- CPG and/or agency experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, online communities, and engagement strategies
- Understanding of CRM or email marketing
- Experience working with creative and technical teams.
- Experience with digital campaigns, website development, social and video content production

Education Level/Degree:
· Bachelor’s degree BA/BS (in related fields)

The expected hourly rate pay range for this position is $50-$55 per hour.
