Our client is a manufacturer of porcelain tile sold for use by automotive dealerships in the building of car dealerships. They are strategic partners with (14) automotive global brands as their approved tile for use in showroom, service drive and workshop floor areas. They support brands such as: Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Genesis, Hyundai, Kia, Subaru, Jaguar Land Rover, Acura, Honda, Nissan, Infiniti, and others. They are GROWING and looking to hire top-level Sales Executives with experience in the COMMERCIAL flooring industry (B2B model). We are looking for a candidate that is knowledgeable about the construction cycle, the flooring installation process, commercial construction contracting and have excellent salesmanship skills. You will work with Flooring/Tile Contractors, General Contractors, Architects and End-Users. You will be working with qualified projects where products are an approved finish schedule product and connecting with all GC's and their tile subcontractors to make sure products and quotes reach every tile subcontractor who bids for GC's.
Qualifications and Skills
You must have at least (5) years’ experience in tile sales in the commercial/contract industry (B2B - business to business sector). You are required to have a broad range providing EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service and the ability to communicate effectively with customers in writing, on the phone and in every capacity.
This is an in-office position. You will be required to learn and sell products, brand value and the benefits of the products they produce. You must have inward drive, hustle, hard work and a constant sense of urgency and importance in your work.
