Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and organize real estate documents (purchase agreements, leases, closing docs).
- Support attorneys in entity formation, modifications, and ongoing maintenance.
- Manage real estate closings, coordinate schedules, and prepare closing binders.
- Maintain calendars, track key deadlines, and manage legal databases.
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other professionals involved in real estate transactions.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, conflict checks, and managing engagement letters.
What You'll Need:
- 4+ years of experience in real estate law or transactional legal services.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, iManage, Litera or other similar software
- Solid understanding of real estate law, processes, and terminology.
