Trade Secret & Complex Contract Disputes Mid-level Associate - California
Our client is a top Am law 200 firm, seeking a mid-level associate for their Trade Secret Group in San Diego, Irvine, or Palo Alto offices. The salary for this position is between $165k to $225k.
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in both federal and state courts involving trade secret, copyright, trademark, and complex commercial litigation.
- Experience in all aspects of litigation [pre-trial to post-trial], including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, resolving disputes, drafting and arguing motions, conducting depositions and assisting in trials and appeals, as well as overall case management.
- California Bar Admission is required.
- Excellent client relationship skills; team focused.
