Job Description
This person will join a security foundations team to provide support to end/internal users on a variety of issues. Mostly relative to database, security, and application tickets. Label tickets to be able to measure operational metrics, triage and resolve customer requests based on runbook instructions. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. Serves tickets from people on a variety of teams that ask for application modifications to be put in place.
