Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Meeting Event Manager at Avlis International. The Meeting Event Manager will be responsible for planning and organizing meetings and events, managing customer service, negotiating contracts, budgeting for events, and overall event planning. While the role is based in San Diego, CA, it offers flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Meeting Planning, Event Planning, and Customer Service skills
- Contract Negotiation and Budgeting experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office and event management software
- Abitlity to work independently
- Willing to travel occasionally
- Must reside in the United States
