Job Title: Operations Administrator
Salary: $28 - $30 per hour
Location: Kearny Mesa, CA
Job Overview:
We are seeking an Operations Administrator to provide essential support across various operational functions within the company. This role is critical in maintaining smooth day-to-day activities, including asset and vehicle management, office administration, and executive support. The current Operations Administrator is out, and this position is an immediate need to ensure continued operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Asset Management:
- Track all company assets, including computers, phones, certifications, business licenses, bid logs, and new hire/termination records.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs for various company resources.
- Vehicle Fleet Management:
- Oversee the Azuga and Truce systems to ensure proper functioning.
- Track vehicle maintenance schedules, including oil changes, registrations, smog checks, and more.
- Send reminders and notices for required vehicle upkeep and compliance.
- Facility Management:
- Manage office supplies and restock breakroom items.
- Handle holiday decorations and report maintenance issues, such as lights or equipment needing repair.
- Office Management:
- Answer phones and greet visitors.
- Scan mail and assist with package shipping.
- Executive Assistant:
- Assist executives, particularly with badging, expense reports, and tasks assigned by the Payroll Administrator or leadership team.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds upstairs.
- Responsible for installing GPS units in company vehicles and stocking copy paper in machines.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent record-keeping and time management abilities.
- Basic mechanical skills for vehicle GPS installations.
- Prior experience in an administrative or operational role preferred.
