Feldman Feldman & Associates (FFA) is a 15+ person boutique immigration law firm in San Diego handling all aspects of family and business-based immigration including EB-5’s and more complex family-based cases. We are seeking a experienced immigration attorney to help lead the firm's family immigration practice in the years to come. We are open to solos or small firms wanting to join our practice.

Requirements:
Not everyone will be a good fit for the role. To be seriously considered, please have the following:
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in family or business-based immigration.
- Licensed: Must have a license to practice law in any U.S. state.
- Skills: Must be an excellent writer and researcher and able to handle a high-volume case load.
- Characteristics: You must be personable, detail oriented, enjoy talking to clients, and enjoy the intellectual challenges of tough cases.
Responsibilities:
We believe it is important for immigration attorneys to have at least some knowledge of both family and business-based immigration options. We are happy to train you in the areas that you don’t know.
You will be expected to:
- Analyze a foreign national’s situation and devise the best immigration strategy.
- Review documents and cases prior to submittal.
- Draft more complex cover letters and responses to any Request For Evidence.
- Supervise paralegal(s) and review their work.
- Respond to client emails and phone calls promptly
- Stay current on law changes and new USCIS memos
- Have a desire to help out wherever is needed
