· Support the installation of hardware and software products.
· Prepare afloat, shore, and submarine installation policy, process, standards, and training documentation.
· Provide installation process execution requirements and software specifications to support tool development.
· Experience applying regulations and policies affecting installation of Navy C4I Programs of Record (POR) or non-POR systems under the purview of PEO MLB (i.e., NAVWAR Installation Process Handbooks, NAVSEA Technical Specifications, OPNAV instructions, Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual, etc.).
· Map advanced planning processes and milestones to installation execution timelines and expedite and submit deliverables, reviews, and approvals.
· update financial spreadsheets, graphics, and briefs; provide responses to implementation financial data calls; align installation schedules with other financial personnel.
Requirements
· 7 years’ experience with US Navy modernization advanced planning and installation execution.
· Experience with SPAWAR PEO Integrated Database Environment Repository (SPIDER), NDE or online workflow databases.
· Knowledge of Navy Modernization Processes (NMP) or PEO MLB and NAVWAR Installation
· Process including Navy modernization and sustainment schedules and program budgeting and execution.
· Active Secret clearance
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Master's degree or Bachelor’s Degree plus additional relevant work experience.
Salary at Highbury Defense is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $95,600 to $105,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Highbury Defense’s total compensation package for employees.
