Seaside Waterproofing is a leading waterproofing applicator in Southern California. We are looking to add an experienced waterproofing and roofing estimator/project manager to our team. Candidates should be dependable, have strong work ethic, be detail oriented and provide excellent service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare waterproofing/roofing proposals
- Professionally communicate with clients and staff
- Complete purchase orders
- Visit job sites on a regular basis
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers
- Provide reporting of current estimating activities, active project updates and preplanning for upcoming projects.
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Understanding and ability to read plans and specifications
- Knowledge of waterproofing/roofing products and installation methods
- Knowledgeable in use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledgeable in use of estimating takeoff software and Bluebeam
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Must be physically able to climb a ladder and visit construction job sites
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently with little supervision
