This pivotal role will oversee the smooth operation of our front desk, ensuring exceptional patient service, efficient administrative processes, and a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Patient Service:
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive first impression of our practice.
- Manage patient scheduling and appointments to optimize provider availability and minimize wait times.
- Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Administrative Management:
- Supervise front desk staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Coordinate patient check-in and check-out processes to maintain efficient patient flow.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of patient records and billing information.
- Office Operations:
- Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing as needed.
- Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate seamless patient care and operational efficiency.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly.
- Quality Assurance:

Qualifications:
