Principal Responsibilities:
- Implement and improve our current processes with Premier Partners in our Northwest Region, such as training on installations, technology use, process change, and more.
- Scheduling to comply with customers to gain credibility and expand the customer relationships into additional revenue and opportunities.
- Monthly sessions via phone/ in-person to review dashboard of SmartLink utilization and training
- Develop and grow relationships with Premier Partner base and find opportunities to sell additional services and products such as sprays, valves, etc.
- With business growth, assist with regional structure to ensure consistent and effective management.
- Provide regular, consistent feedback to leadership.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide support and subject matter expertise as needed.
- Additional responsibilities as needed to ensure that business goals are met.

Qualification Requirements:
- 50% travel and ability to work 8 to 10-hour days.
- Highschool diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish) desired.
- 5 or more years' experience with irrigation maintenance.
- Previous experience with training, mentoring, both peers and customers using PowerPoint, Virtual meetings, such as Zoom/Teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years working with irrigation, smart controllers, and/or managing irrigation professionals in field operations.
- Ability to support our Northwest Region, Washington and Oregon.
- Current Irrigation Technician license or the ability to obtain one within 30 – 60 days.
- Intermediate level experience with MS office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time effectively.
