Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract qualified candidates for healthcare and corporate roles.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and hiring processes in our applicant tracking system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare and corporate recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in healthcare and corporate sectors.
- Strong understanding of healthcare roles and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
