One of our clients is looking to add an Account Manager that can help them execute on an increasing order volume from one of their clients in the BWS industry. In this role, you will process orders, working with sourcing and creative to order displays, and regularly engage with the end client to establish a trusted and healthy relationship.
Associate Vendors: We are accepting applications from candidates who are currently authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Organize client presentations.
- Create virtual samples.
- Work with the creative department to provide renders and artwork.
- Obtain pricing and prepare customer quotes.
- A wizard in all Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, NetSuite (a plus, but not required).
- Communicate extensively with manufacturers and clients via phone and email.
- Coordinate the ordering samples for client presentations.
- Enter sales orders via the Company’s proprietary system.
- Coordinate the client’s review and approval of proofs.
- Follow orders through the production process. From start to finish.
- Communicate directly with clients on projects to find promotional solutions.
- Learn to know the client’s sustainability requirements, brand guidelines and standard specs.
- Fulfill Orders and review final invoices before they go to the client.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years account/production management experience.
- Experience in the spirits industry preferred.
- POS, Print, Display and Promo sourcing highly recommended, both domestic and overseas.
Desired Qualifications
- NetSuite experience is preferred, but not required.
