A client of Innova Solutions is looking for a Firmware Engineer

Location: Sunnyvale, CA 94089 (Onsite)
As a Firmware Engineer, you will:
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ Years experience in developing C / C++ based embedded Firmware for CPUs
- Experience in developing firmware for ARM based CPUs
- Experience in debugging, bring-up firmware for ARM CPUs
- Skills in Firmware Stacks, Interrupts, IPCs (Inter Processor Communication)
- Experience in code integration, automation using Python scripts
- Experience in running tests in FPGA / Emulation platforms
- Experience with Logic Analyzers, Scopes, Meters etc (Plus)
- Experience in Power Testing
- Android Development (big plus)
- Design Verification (DV) experience in developing tests
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and Run C / C++ Firmware code for ARM (Advanced RISC Machine) CPUs & DSP
- Performing end-to-end testing of SW/HW features in pre-silicon / post-silicon setups
- Run Tests for Performance, Power Characterizations
- Need good understanding of HW Register Specs, Memory Maps, debugging firmware
- Creating Automation Scripts

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $120 - $130K Per Year.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
