Rhinolift Foundation Repair is a leading provider of foundation repair solutions in the Concord, North Carolina area. With a commitment to quality workmanship and exceptional customer service, we specialize in addressing a wide range of foundation issues to ensure the stability and safety of residential and commercial structures. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Foundations Outside Sales Representative to join our team. You will be provided with the opportunity to sell products, services, and solutions for the variety of services we offer at company-provided leads & internally sourced business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing relationships with clients in the foundations industry.
Compensation is structured with a base salary and commission to create an opportunity to make over $100K+ per year!

What Will I Be Doing?
· Prospect new clients through company-provided and self-generated leads.
· Conduct site visits to the homeowner’s property to assess their home’s problems.
· Provide a detailed estimate for the cost of repairs based upon your site visit and assessment.
· Explain and educate the client about the repair process, including the methods used and the expected timeline for completing the repairs.
· Maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring that they are satisfied with the work done and addressing any concerns that may arise.
· Prepare documents and provide instructions regarding the Plan of Repair for the Production Team to follow.
· Keep updated records and notes within the CRM system.
· Stay knowledgeable of industry trends and changes in the market, so you can provide the best possible service to your clients.
· Meet and exceed sales targets based upon the company’s goals.
Do I Have What It Takes?
· Motivated, organized, & a self-starter.
· 1+ years of sales experience or 1+ years of experience in the construction industry is preferred.
· Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong negotiation and closing skills
· Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass a background check and drug screen
