All Smiles Dental is seeking a highly motivated, quality-oriented, patient-centric associate dentist to join our growing team in Lexington, SC. We currently have 6 ops, with 2 hygienists and 2 dentists. We provide the ultimate in quality general dentistry to the entire family in a modern, technologically advanced setting with experienced support staff. Owned by a 2nd generation dentist, in the same location since 1977, All Smiles Dental is a local team. We are not run by someone off site or out-of-state.
The position is for part-time or full-time
Our Goal is to Promote Healthy Smiles, through Exceptional Service and Positive, Long-Lasting Relationships.
Compensation
- Daily minimum guarantee starting at $750/day - TBD based on experience/qualifications
- Sign on Bonus $10,000+
- Average compensation in excess of $150,000/ per annum
- 30% of Adjusted Production Commission available
Clinical Practice
- Complete autonomy over treatment planning
- Collaborate with experienced clinicians
- Full patient schedule - Owner/doctor attracts an average of 35+ new patients per month, with capacity for more.

- Digital and “paperless” office - Digital radiographs and pan; Open Dental PM software
- VaTech Green-CBCT and Cerec Primescan with Speedfire Oven and Sprintray 3D Printers

Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical experience of at least 1 year or US residency program
- General dentistry
- HIPAA compliance

Pay: $131,223.00 - $328,940.00 per year
