Pay rate- $70-80/hr on W2

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join the Buyer Taxonomy and Site Navigation team to assess the opportunity and measure the impact of projects related to changing the browse navigation experience on Client's. Your focus will be supporting various product launches to measure the impact on customer behavior and SEO (search engine optimization). In addition to robust statistical knowledge, it is vital to have strong intellectual curiosity, and a passion for achieving practical business impact. Skills in quantitative analysis, problem definition, and an attention to detail are required.
Day to Day:
- Deep dive into the data and pull up reports. Build dashboard build API, download data from different tools on Python. Complicated SQL.
- Run SQL queries, Understand the business concepts, Strong Business Analytics.
- Business Acumen knowledge (SEO)-30%, technical-30%, analytical-30%.
- Data comes from Google, search volumes.
- Set up testing (A/B test or pre-post) to measure performance in the best possible way.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Statistics/Mathematics or quantitative field required (or equivalent experience equivalent)
- 10+ years of experience as a business analyst, data scientist, or related field
- Understanding of statistics, experimental design, and causal inference.
- Excellent SQL skills as well as experience with common data and statistical toolkits such as R, Python, PySpark etc.
- Expertise with business intelligence and/or data visualization tools such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, etc.
- Prior experience in performance measurement, creatively applying regression techniques / modeling, optimization techniques, A/B testing, etc. for business applications.
