LHH is recruiting ASAP for a full time, Senior Product Manager for one of our industry leading clients in the health and wellness products category in the Greater Detroit Area.
Location: Hybrid in Detroit Area. Relocation is available as role is in office 3-4 days per week.
Compensation: Up to $150K based on experience, bonus + benefits
Qualified Candidates will have the following requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant B2C product development /product marketing/category marketing experience with consumer medical devices, air purifiers or humidifiers, powered products, electronics, home or kitchen electronics sold at retail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or similar.
- Strong product development background. Demonstrated ability to creatively identify trends and growth opportunities in products as well as packaging, merchandising and other communications vehicles.
- Proven track record of developing cutting edge consumer products and features that have been successful in the retail marketplace. Demonstrated ability to transfer innovative features from unrelated areas to new products or categories.
- Experience working with products that are manufactured internationally.
- Experience working all facets of the product development and management process.
- Experience with retail buyers, including creating and giving presentations.
- Experience in project management and ability to lead cross functional teams consisting of both internal and external suppliers with a focus on working well with Design and Engineering Teams.
- Availability to travel, including international travel as needed.
